We had a beautifully designed and squeaky clean room with a tub. The bed was nice and we received good service. The staff was affable, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.
The staff we met were not particularly friendly.

Nothing was too much trouble during my excellent 4-night stay. the place was fairly clean, and the staff were fairly friendly. 3. the hotel has a favorable location that I truly enjoyed. 4. the rooms at this hip new hotel were spotless, with a comfy bed.

The room I received was fashionable and modern. I was offered a marvelous breakfast with wide selections. - Comfy location, easy to go around especially to the beach area or town center, the hotel was in the heart of the city. We had a great stay at Jazz Hotel Penang in George Town. the room we had was stylish and up-to-date. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the beach area and town center, as it was situated right in the heart of the city. It was a fantastic experience overall.
